Job Description
A reputable pharmaceutical company, Willers Solutions Limited, is currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee sales operations and field team performance within Nasarawa. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in pharmaceutical sales, especially in both OTC and Ethical product lines, and must be capable of managing key accounts and leading a sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve area sales targets for OTC and Ethical pharmaceutical products
- Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, institutions, and distributors
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor strategies
- Support, coach, and develop field team members for better coverage and productivity
- Ensure successful rollout and execution of product marketing campaigns
- Conduct regular visits to assess market activities and client engagement
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience as an Area Manager, especially within Delta or Anambra regions
- Proven ability to manage both OTC and Ethical pharmaceutical sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
