Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting for the role of an Area Sales Manager to manage and grow sales activities in Adamawa. This position requires a skilled and strategic individual with a strong understanding of regional markets, capable of leading a sales team and delivering measurable results in revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base in Adamawa.
• Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships.
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar sales management position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Adamawa market and surrounding regions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
