A reputable FMCG company is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, build distributor relationships, and drive growth across the Kaduna region.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, sub-dealers, and wholesalers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and motivate sales staff.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
