Job Description

A reputable FMCG company, Multipro Consumer Products Limited, is seeking experienced and result-driven individuals to fill the role of Area Sales Manager. This full-time position is based in Nigeria and requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and achieve monthly sales targets within assigned territory
  • Supervise, coach, and train sales teams for improved performance
  • Manage distributor relationships and increase product sell-in/sell-out
  • Monitor and optimize the use of allocated resources to meet territory goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar FMCG sales role
  • Strong skills in territory management, route planning, and market analysis
  • Proficiency in sales tracking tools, analytics, and presentations
  • Ability to make sound decisions, demonstrate confidence, and maintain strong customer relationships
