A leading FMCG company is currently hiring experienced Area Sales Managers to oversee sales operations and drive growth across multiple locations in Nigeria. Ideal candidates must have in-depth territory knowledge and a proven track record in the FMCG sector, specifically in vegetable oil and mayonnaise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team within the assigned territory.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, with specific exposure to vegetable oil and mayonnaise.
- Strong understanding of the assigned location’s market and distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
