Job Description
Morpol Engineering Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Specialist to lead and advance AI-driven initiatives across its operations. This role focuses on developing, deploying, and optimizing intelligent systems that support engineering, automation, and data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions aligned with business and engineering objectives
- Research, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for automation and predictive analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
- Manage and improve AI models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance over time
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications relevant to the company’s operations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of AI algorithms, data modeling, and system integration
- Experience working on real-world AI deployments within engineering or technical environments
- Ability to work independently and deliver complex AI projects end to end
