Job Description

Department: Finance
Reports To: Settlement and Reconciliation Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in reviewing and processing chargeback claims in accordance with card network guidelines.
2. Gather and organize transaction details and supporting documents for dispute resolution.
3. Help investigate chargeback cases by analyzing transaction data and coordinating with relevant Parties.
4. Maintain accurate records of chargeback cases and assist in generating reports for management.
5. Communicate with merchants, customers, and internal teams to facilitate chargeback resolution.

Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
5. Willingness to learn about payment systems and chargeback processes.
