Job Description
A fish farming company in Ogun State is seeking an experienced Assistant Fish Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations, ensure optimal fish health, and improve productivity. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in aquaculture management and a strong understanding of fish farming best practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise fish breeding, feeding, and harvesting processes to maintain high-quality production.
- Monitor water quality, fish health, and overall farm conditions to prevent diseases and losses.
- Manage farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain farm records, including production data, expenses, and inventory management.
- Assist in implementing farm improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in fish farming or aquaculture management.
