A reputable commercial bank is expanding its Public Sector Team and seeks experienced professionals to support growth within the region. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in public sector relationship management and a solid understanding of government operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deepen existing relationships within the public sector space
- Drive deposit mobilization initiatives and meet assigned financial targets
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with public institutions and agencies
- Monitor funding cycles, government account activities, and ensure optimal account performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain high ethical standards in all engagements
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing public sector accounts or similar client portfolios
- Solid knowledge of government funding structures and public finance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong business development capabilities
