This role involves driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience, with at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
