A leading retail store located on the Island is seeking a motivated and sales-driven individual to join the team as an Assistant Sales/Supermarket Manager (Shift Leader). This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone passionate about retail, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Implement strategies to optimize sales performance and customer retention.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail store management.
- Strong expertise in customer service, communication, and leadership.
- Proficiency in inventory control and team management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
