About the Role

An ATM Control Officer to oversee ATM transactions, reconcile general ledger (GL) accounts, and resolve dispense errors. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in reconciliation tools, and a proactive approach to issue resolution within a fast-paced financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile ATM GL transactions, identifying and escalating discrepancies.
  • Validate dispense error claims from Chargeback and Cards Operations units for quick resolution.
  • Work with ATM custodians and reconciliation teams to address undebited and over-debited withdrawals.
  • Train ATM custodians on reconciliation procedures and error resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints related to ATM transaction failures via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with IT, Customer Service, and Electronic Payments teams to ensure smooth ATM operations.

Requirements

  • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
  • Education: Minimum of B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with chargeback and dispute resolution processes.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong numerical accuracy and ability to detect transaction anomalies.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
