BON Hotels is hiring an experienced Audit and Compliance Officer to support its internal control, regulatory compliance, and risk management efforts. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company’s operations meet legal standards and internal policies while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and conduct internal audits covering hotel operations, finance, procurement, inventory, and other core business functions
- Review internal processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including tax, labor, and health & safety laws
- Support external regulatory audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and support business units in addressing identified risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Risk Management, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in audit, compliance, or risk management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Professional certification such as CIA, CFE, or equivalent is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of audit procedures, internal control frameworks, and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA)
