About the Role

TeamAce Limited is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing financial operations, identifying risks, and implementing controls, particularly within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit plans to assess financial statements and operational processes.
• Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance on best audit practices.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA are required.
• Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
