About the Role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing financial operations, identifying risks, and implementing controls, particularly within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute audit plans to assess financial statements and operational processes.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance on best audit practices.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA are required.
- Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
