Job Summary
The organization is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee and lead audit engagements across diverse sectors. The role requires a dynamic professional capable of guiding audit teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional audit outcomes. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical abilities, deep technical competence, and the capacity to cultivate and maintain productive client relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute audit strategies that align with regulatory expectations and organizational objectives.
Manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Assess client-specific risks and adjust audit approaches to effectively address identified issues.
Optimize resource allocation, utilizing both human resources and technology tools.
Supervise, mentor, and support audit staff, promoting teamwork and ongoing professional development.
Perform comprehensive risk assessments and provide practical recommendations for risk mitigation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic insights and advisory services derived from audit findings.
Prepare clear, thorough audit reports with actionable recommendations.
Present audit outcomes to senior leadership to support effective decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional auditing standards, while fostering a culture of ethics and compliance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA is mandatory.
At least 5 years of external auditing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a reputable accounting firm.
Strong understanding of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and other relevant frameworks.
Experience auditing clients within the fintech sector is a significant advantage.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
