This position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to take on greater responsibility in audit and financial management within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audit engagements while leading onsite teams.
- Review and finalize accounts, including drafting tax computations.
- Supervise and review the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to junior staff to enhance performance.
- Liaise with clients to address queries and escalate complex matters to management.
Candidate Requirements
- First degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related numerate discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA or ICAN part-qualified).
- Minimum of 3–5 years post-qualification experience in a recognized audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of auditing practices, IFRS, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in audit and accounting software, alongside Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
