Job Description

Shuttlers Metropolitan Mobility is hiring a B2B Sales Specialist to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth across Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt. This role focuses on building strong B2B relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value sales to support the company’s expansion strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Actively source new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach
  • Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to understand needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare accurate and up-to-date monthly sales reports and pipeline updates
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to prospective business clients
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and conferences
  • Negotiate and close deals while professionally handling objections and complaints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer outcomes
  • Gather customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients

Qualifications and Experience

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Exceptional customer service skills
