Location: Lagos (Mowe, Apapa, Lagos Island, Lekki, and Victoria Island Axis)

Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 gross + up to N400,000 monthly commission

A leading financial institution is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join their SME and Retail banking team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and acquire new SME and Retail customers to grow the bank’s customer base.
  • Achieve sales targets by proactively marketing the bank’s products.

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND/OND/NCE in any discipline.
  • Must be 35 years or younger.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for meeting targets.
  • Available to start immediately.
