Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage repeat patronage.
- Achieve revenue goals and increase bar sales by at least 15% within the first year.
- Manage inventory, reduce wastage, and implement effective cost-control strategies.
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team.
- Develop creative cocktails, promotions, and events to boost customer engagement.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and overall bar operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Food Safety or Health & Safety certifications (an advantage).
