About the Role

A skilled BI/Data Analyst is needed to manage data, develop reports, and troubleshoot data issues. You will leverage analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth. The ideal candidate has strong data analysis skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Build scalable ETL pipelines to collect, clean, and integrate data from various sources.
• Create dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase), and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Python or R for data modeling and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
