Job Description
A skilled BMS Operator/Technician (Building Management System Operator/Technician) is needed to oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient performance of HVAC, lighting, and other critical building systems, optimizing energy use and maintaining occupant comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal building performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, lighting, and other automated building systems.
- Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades as needed.
- Analyze system data to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with facility teams to implement improvements and respond to system alerts.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in BMS operations, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in BMS software and control systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently.
