Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: ₦150,000
A growing organization in Lekki is currently looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Book Keeper to manage daily financial transactions and support accounting processes. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience using bookkeeping software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions for accuracy.
- Prepare reports on accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end financial procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or certificate in accounting or bookkeeping.
- 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification as a Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks Certified User (QBCU) is an added advantage.
