Location: Nationwide
Salary: 700,000 – 1.5M Naira Monthly

An experienced and dynamic Branch Manager is needed to lead our banking operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in banking leadership, business development, and risk management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and mentor branch staff to enhance performance and customer service.
  • Manage credit administration, risk assessment, and financial analysis processes.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • A first degree in Social Sciences, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 6–7 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent people management, business development, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
