Job Description
City Gate Global Investment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead its Uyo branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of Relationship Managers, and ensuring smooth branch operations while contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the branch’s Relationship Managers to achieve set sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance branch profitability and sales performance.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure adherence to company policies through regular oversight.
- Partner with internal teams across marketing, HR, and merchandising to align branch goals with organizational strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
