A marketing support services company specializing in promotional marketing, sponsorship, merchandising, and retail marketing is hiring for the role of Brand Account Manager. This position requires a dynamic professional who can build client relationships, deliver impactful campaigns, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client accounts while ensuring business profitability.
- Manage client communications, expectations, and deliver high-quality services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize performance.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Monitor budgets, billing, and follow up on receivables within a 30-day limit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CIM or APCON (preferred).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within marketing or brand management.
- Proficiency in MS Office with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and transparency.
