Job Summary
An established company in the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Brand/Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in both digital and traditional brand marketing, particularly within the consumer goods space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty across digital and offline channels.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives including paid ads, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand values.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to boost engagement and product visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance data and market trends to inform marketing decisions and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and external agencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in brand and digital marketing, specifically within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and influencer strategy.
- Ability to work with data analytics tools and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
