Job Description
OPPO Nigeria is seeking a results-driven Brand & Growth Manager to oversee marketing strategy and execution, drive brand visibility, and lead growth initiatives in a competitive market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the local marketing team and external vendors to ensure effective campaign delivery
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, radio, websites, outdoor advertising)
- Develop and implement localized digital marketing communication strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
- Prepare and present detailed monthly marketing performance reports to stakeholders
- Support the planning and execution of offline marketing activations and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
