Job Description
A leading global smartphone brand, Oppo Nigeria, is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive marketing strategy and execution across the Nigerian market. This role involves overseeing both digital and traditional campaigns, managing a marketing team, and ensuring brand consistency while delivering measurable results. It is suited for candidates with strong leadership skills and a solid background in integrated marketing communications.

Salary: N300,000 – N450,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the local marketing team and coordinate with external vendors and agencies
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels including social media, radio, websites, and outdoor advertising
- Develop and implement localized digital marketing communication strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using relevant digital tools and analytics platforms
- Prepare and present detailed monthly marketing performance reports
- Support the planning and execution of offline marketing activities and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
