International Breweries Plc is seeking a skilled and motivated Brand Manager (Flying Fish & Castle Lite) to join its Lagos Head Office. The role focuses on driving brand growth, executing campaigns, and delivering marketing excellence across digital, events, and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all brand-driven events and campaigns throughout the year.
- Develop and execute creative digital content and radio sponsorship assets.
- Manage influencers and celebrities to deliver strong earned media ROI.
- Analyze brand data to generate insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate in-bar activations with the trade marketing team, ensuring effective execution.
- Oversee budget management to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand management or marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure, with a consumer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
