Soft Intelligent Machines Limited is seeking a creative and result-oriented Brand & Marketing Officer to manage the company’s branding, marketing campaigns, and digital presence. The role is ideal for a professional with experience in social media management, content creation, branding, graphic design, and audience engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies that support business growth and visibility.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms through engaging and consistent content.
- Create and schedule high-quality marketing content for digital platforms and campaigns.
- Design promotional materials including flyers, banners, presentations, and social media creatives.
- Monitor audience engagement, social media trends, and campaign performance to improve online visibility.
- Coordinate brand campaigns, activations, and company events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Prepare reports on social media and marketing performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in branding, marketing, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media growth strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or related software.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong creative thinking skills with attention to detail.
