A rapidly expanding global delivery startup is seeking a talented Brand Partnership Lead in Lagos. The role focuses on driving advertising sales, building long-term brand relationships, and delivering impactful campaigns within Nigeria’s dynamic media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns that drive partner sales and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities across various industries.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead and manage a team while aligning with cross-functional departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5–7 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales within media, FMCG, e-commerce, or agencies.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and French.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
