Job Description

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Salary: Negotiable

A skilled Building Engineer is needed to oversee construction projects, ensure structural integrity, and manage site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of building development.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with structural and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site workers to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for project progress and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building construction or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must reside in or around Ajah, Lagos.
