Job Description
A fast-growing company in the claimant acquisition industry is seeking a Business Analysis Manager / Product Manager (US Market). The role focuses on streamlining processes, optimizing automation workflows, and driving performance across dialling, texting, and AI-based engagement strategies. Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills, expertise in contact center operations, and experience with compliance, analytics, and AI-driven automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee call funnel and texting operations, ensuring efficient execution and performance optimization.
- Design and implement automation workflows to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and manage dialling strategies, including campaign setup, call routing, and compliance with 10DLC and TCPA regulations.
- Conduct data-driven performance analysis, create reporting dashboards, and lead A/B testing to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain operational excellence and enhance automation tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, contact center strategy, or related fields.
- Strong background in project management, workflow automation, and operational analytics.
- Hands-on knowledge of dialler systems such as Vicidial, Asterisk, SIP, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements including TCPA, FTC, and carrier guidelines.
- Experience with AI-powered automation, NLP, LLMs, and experimentation in engagement strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours (5 PM – 3 AM IST) to support US market operations.
