Job Description

A reputable technology solutions company, erpSOFTapp, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business goals and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
  • Develop process models, flowcharts, and user stories to support solution design.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and joint application development (JAD) sessions for effective collaboration.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and training activities.
  • Monitor project progress, report key updates to management, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for the development team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Candidates must be between 24 and 28 years old and reside in or around Yaba, Lagos.

Note: This position is strictly for a Business Analyst role, not a Data Analyst.
