We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce CRM integration to drive efficient business processes and deliver impactful solutions for our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CRM.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
- Perform data analysis, create detailed workflows, and develop reports to support business decision-making.
- Lead testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure successful Salesforce integration and deployment.
- Provide end-user training, support, and ongoing system optimization based on organizational needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years specializing in Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of the real estate or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
