Job Description:
Aureole Consulting Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, be proficient in analytical tools, and possess the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to gather and interpret data relevant to EPC operations.
  • Support data-driven business decisions through predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through consistent auditing and validation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within EPC or construction sectors.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
