Afrimash Company Limited, a leading e-commerce platform for agricultural products, is looking for a result-driven Business Developer to join it’s team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our vendor network, increasing sales, and driving business growth, especially within the Agric and Poultry sector. If you are passionate about business development and creating valuable partnerships, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new vendors, partners, and clients to grow the company’s market share.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital campaigns and increase product visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or vendor acquisition, preferably within the Agric/Poultry sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
