Job Description

AIPCC Energy, a Nigerian multinational private energy company with major operations in oil refining, gas processing (CNG, LPG, LNG), and power in Sub-Saharan Africa, is hiring an experienced Business Developer for its Lagos office.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic business opportunities in oil, gas, and power sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and international stakeholders, especially Chinese organizations.
  • Drive business growth through market research, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Support expansion projects across refining, gas processing, and petrochemical value chains.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications with a minimum of 10 years’ proven experience as a Business Developer.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience collaborating with Chinese organizations.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and business strategy skills.
