Job Description
The Label Store is looking for a proactive Business Developer to drive online sales growth and strengthen its digital retail presence. This role requires strong e-commerce experience, excellent customer engagement skills, and the ability to manage product visibility across online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process online customer orders promptly, ensuring efficient fulfilment and smooth service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Content Creator to implement strategies that increase traffic and boost online engagement.
- Ensure products are accurately listed, updated regularly, and visible across all digital channels.
- Monitor online customer behaviour and sales trends to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to expand online sales and strengthen digital presence.
- Prepare periodic reports on online sales performance and digital growth metrics.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in e-commerce or online retail within Nigeria.
- Prior experience with platforms such as Jumia, Konga, Jiji, Paystack, Flutterwave, or other digital service providers is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, online sales, or digital marketing within retail or FMCG.
- Ability to manage online customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of online merchandising, product listing processes, and customer conversion strategies.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, social media platforms, and online sales tools is an advantage.
