Start Date: February–March 2026
- GFA Datacenter is expanding from 5MW → 20MW, and we are hiring a solo commercial lead who will personally drive the revenue engine.
- This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in enterprise/ISP/telco sales environments. No bureaucracy. No layers. No waiting for approvals.
- You will be building the commercial function from scratch.
You will:
- Hunt, pitch, and close enterprise, ISP, fintech, telco & government clients
- Manage RFPs, proposals, pricing, contract negotiations
- Build and lead partner channels (ISPs, clouds, SIs)
- Run marketing campaigns (with or without agencies)
- Coordinate onboarding with operations
- Track industry moves, pricing, regulations
- Deliver weekly pipeline reports + quarterly strategy reviews.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 6+ years in enterprise ICT sales
- Experience selling hosting/colocation, cloud, connectivity, or infra solutions
- A track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets
- Strong relationships in banking, telecoms, fintech, and ISP ecosystem
- Comfort operating as a one-person commercial engine.
Compensation
N18,000,000 – N24,000,000 base annually + bonuses + commissions + ESOP (optional).
