Job Description

A leading export and agribusiness company is hiring a Business Development Analyst to drive expansion across African, European, and Middle Eastern markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic buyer relationships for both perishable and non-perishable products such as avocados and coffee beans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and grow a network of B2B buyers in international markets, with a focus on Africa, Europe, and the Middle East
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase exports of agricultural commodities
  • Track market trends, analyze competitor activity, and generate reports that support business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product availability, quality, and pricing with buyer needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within the agriculture or export sector
  • Strong understanding of international trade and commodity export markets
  • Proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
