A passionate and self-driven Business Development Associates (Agents) is needed to join a growing sales team across Port Harcourt, Benin, and Ibadan. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fieldwork, enjoy engaging with people, and are motivated by sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new agents within your assigned location.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Report field activities, challenges, and market feedback to the team for strategic improvements.

Requirements:

  • Must own an Android phone (essential for daily reporting and operations).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about field sales.
  • Prior experience in sales, agent recruitment, or similar roles is an added advantage.
