About the Role:
A highly motivated Business Development Executive is needed to drive growth and sales for a leading healthcare company. This role involves establishing new business relationships and expanding our presence within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and be committed to achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the healthcare industry.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to create targeted sales initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Brands.
- Fluency in Igbo or Hausa.
- A degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field is an advantage (but not mandatory).
- Must be presentable, well-spoken, and a self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills.
