Salary: NGN 100,000 monthly (excluding travel allowance)
Location: Victoria Island/Lekki/Island Axis, Lagos
Compensation: Commission available on B2B deals and sales exceeding set targets

A reputable company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition, build B2B relationships, and close sales deals. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for business growth and client engagement, ready to work in a hybrid environment within Lagos.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid (remote and on-site) work environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and deal-closing strategies is an advantage.
