Job Description

Brisktrade Offshore Support Services Limited is an ISO-certified oil and gas technical services company providing Advanced NDT, Integrity Management, and Engineering Consultancy solutions to leading operators in Nigeria’s upstream sector. The company is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, secure strategic contracts, and expand business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N500,000 – N600,000 monthly

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry
  • Drive tendering, bidding, and prequalification processes through NIPEX and other procurement platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IOCs, EPCs, E&P operators, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value commercial deals
  • Represent the company at industry meetings, conferences, and networking events
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Achieve revenue growth targets through strategic business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in oil and gas business development or technical sales
  • Strong professional network across IOCs, EPCs, or E&P companies
  • Solid understanding of NIPEX operations and procurement cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to win contracts and close business deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers
  • Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
