Job Description
Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support revenue growth through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and deal closure. This role is ideal for a professional with strong relationship-building skills, market awareness, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with business objectives
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored business solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to key decision-makers
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and secure contracts in line with company policies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare management reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are viable and aligned with client expectations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (B2B or B2C), preferably within consulting or service-based sectors
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills
- Industry knowledge is an added advantage

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 monthly + performance-based incentives
