Introduction:
A dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive is needed to join our healthcare team in Onitsha. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for sales and healthcare, who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the B2B sector. As a Business Development Executive, you will be pivotal in expanding our reach within the health industry, including personal care, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business clients.
  • Present and promote products to potential clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving growth within the business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Brands.
  • Fluency in Igbo or Hausa is required.
  • A degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must be presentable, well-spoken, and a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.
