Sporty Gadgets Limited is seeking experienced and results-oriented Business Development Executives to drive sales growth across both B2B and B2C markets. The role requires individuals with a strong sales background, a passion for consumer technology, and the ability to deliver exceptional results through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B clients including distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
- Increase B2C sales through retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, and affiliate networks.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and secure profitable deals.
- Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable with a willingness to travel.
