Disruptive DataTech, a fast-growing startup working with innovative companies across MENA, EMEA, and the US, is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern. The role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and recruitment strategies within the tech, data, and cybersecurity sectors. This internship provides exposure to international markets, mentorship from senior leadership, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting to identify new client opportunities.
- Support outreach campaigns to engage potential clients in the technology, data, and cybersecurity industries.
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and target accounts to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in weekly business development and strategy sessions with the CEO and senior team.
- Contribute to brand-building activities including social media engagement, content ideas, and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in CRM/recruitment software.
- Prepare insights and reports to support senior management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or ongoing) with strong academic results.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of taking ownership of assigned projects.
- Strong interest in startups, sales, and recruitment with a willingness to learn.
- No prior business development experience is required; training will be provided.
