Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Workdays: Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role

An experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and tendering processes, with a proven ability to secure high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including tendering and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing within the oil and gas industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • Additional Qualifications: MBA or professional certifications such as Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) or Certified Economic Developer (Ec.D) (optional).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proven track record in tendering and sales within the oil and gas industry.
