About the Role
An experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and tendering processes, with a proven ability to secure high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including tendering and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing within the oil and gas industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field (required).
- Additional Qualifications: MBA or professional certifications such as Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) or Certified Economic Developer (Ec.D) (optional).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proven track record in tendering and sales within the oil and gas industry.
